Poor Job Postings

Today I came across a job posting on LinkedIn that just left me speechless. Companies today expect resumes that are formated correct and don’t have spelling mistakes.

As job seekers is it asked to much to demand the same from job postings. When I am seeing job postings like the one below I feel offended and not being taken serious. There is no structure to the posting and it makes it almost impossible to read without doing a copy and paste and reformat it.

This is not the first one I cam across like that.  But please judge for yourself and feel free to comment:
