Philippines: World’s biggest call center

One major reason for this is language skills. Philippine people learn the English language already in kinder-garden and the majority businesses have adopted the English language as the language of business.
Approximately 9 years ago I have researched the Indian and the Philippine Call Center industry in order to outsource a part of our internal call center and decided on the Philippines. It has been a great success for the customers of the company I had worked for as well as for the organization itself.
